REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any of this reasons. Please come to our restaurant and return your food as soon as possible.
All returns must be done the same day no more than an hour. Call the restaurant, keep your invoice and tell them about it.
Call Blue Line Pizzeria costumer services if you order online. Wrong items, Extremely cold items, or other any reason. Call right away you receive your food. We can make a refund or we will send you another item with our drivers.

The company pay for return charge as new delivery by us.
After we check the conditions of the items, we will process your new items or refund your money. Please allow at least One Hour from the time of the devolution to process your new order, or we will refund your money.
The following items cannot be returned.
